WelcomeMAT collects only what we need to help Ontario short-term rental hosts stay compliant: your account email, the properties you add, and the bookings you enter or sync. We never sell your data.

Authentication is handled by our backend provider. Bylaw and Municipal Accommodation Tax data is sourced from public municipal records.
